RAUM + is a forward-thinking architectural studio founded in 2004 by architects Christine Diethör and Harald Fux, originally operating under the name RAUMKUNST. Located in the heart of Vienna’s vibrant seventh district, the studio resides in a historically significant building from 1914. Once a dilapidated ground-floor space, the building was completely renovated, providing the architects with the perfect opportunity to express their architectural philosophy from the very beginning. Since 2004, the studio has been a dynamic workspace for Christine, Harald, and their team, blending innovation with a deep respect for the built environment.
In 2024, the studio rebranded as RAUM +, a move that reflects the broad range of disciplines and expertise it now encompasses. The name RAUM + signifies the studio’s diverse portfolio, which includes projects in sports, housing, education, refurbishment, and new construction, all underpinned by a commitment to high-quality, sustainable design.
