ZEDAPLUS by architects Fabrizio Chella and Erica Scalcione, is an architectural design company based in Pescara, that focuses on the issues of climate sustainability as a physical interaction between man, inhabited space and the natural environment. Together with architect-director Gianni D’Addazio and president Mario Giuseppe Lattanzio of Agenzia Territoriale Edilizia Residenziale (ATER) in Pescara, has experimented innovative strategy for public housing, thinked as new place for human reletionship, sharing of inclusive activity and care, designed new form of urban social relationship able to renovate social,cultural and building heritage and start up a city of community again in response to climate and pandemic crisis.
