Bill Price

Bill Price has practiced and produced work in eleven countries. He worked in Switzerland before joining OMA/Rem Koolhaas in the Netherlands, where he spent four years and served as Director of Research and Development. During his time at OMA, he played a pivotal role in the completion of Villa Bordeaux—hailed by Time Magazine as “the most important private residence of the twentieth century”. His collaborations include work with Ai Weiwei in China, after which Ai selected Bill’s work for inclusion in Phaidon’s 10x10_3. In 2024, Bill was named Emerging Designer of the Year by the Design Educates Awards, an honour juried by Pritzker Prize laureate Toyo Ito. The award recognised Passage, a pop-up installation built at PVAMU, where Bill currently holds the Brown Endowed Chair in Architecture.
