Greenest House is a collaboration between Office Ten Architecture and suppliers and manufacturers dedicated to creating meaningful change in how we build homes. The question is no longer “What should be done?” but instead “How can we make it happen?”. Greenest House is, therefore, a partnership, a sustainable economic model for creating a more environmentally sustainable future, to get change done. The project is sustained through redeveloping existing buildings. We create housing, support existing communities and regenerate existing buildings for the future. The uplift in value this process creates, is invested back into the building, to make it the best it can be. Our mission is to create healthier and happier homes by avoiding demolition. The Greenest House is the one that’s already there.
