The SOMBRA project is initiated by Metadecor (coordination, engineering, production and installations), Alumet (anodizing) and Airshade Technologies and developed in a collaboration between leading experts: MVRDV (architecture), Van Rossum Engineers (structure), ARUP (mechanical engineering and sunlight studies), Kersten Group (bending), and AMOLF Institute (actuation).
