pod architecture + design, PLLC, is a USA-based design studio transplanted from Los Angeles, California, to the Raleigh/Durham/Chapel Hill metro region of North Carolina. Co-founded by the husband-wife team/principal designers Douglas Pierson, AIA, LEED AP, BD+C, and internationally acclaimed experiential designer Youn Choi, pod architecture + design is a hybrid, integrated firm. Services include Architecture, Interiors, Environmental and Experiential Graphics, Urban Design, and Master Planning. With past and current projects from USA coast to coast as well as St. Croix, pod architecture + design exists to create modern, sustainable buildings, homes, and environments that enhance, inspire, and, therefore, improve the lives of those who work, live, play, or learn in them.
