Time Space Existence
4th Edition

The fourth edition of the biennial architecture exhibition, Time Space Existence, showcased a diverse selection of works presented by architects, photographers, sculptors, and universities from around the world. Participants encompassed a wide array of cultural backgrounds and career stages, featuring global firms alongside emerging names, as well as research work from academic institutions. What united all participants was their unwavering dedication to architecture in the broadest sense of their profession. The exhibition presented a vast spectrum of presentations, including models, concepts, research outcomes, thoughts, dreams, and ideas, fostering a dialogue between traditional architectural exhibits and unexpected artistic installations.

Time Space Existence 2018 focused on future developments and scenarios in architecture and the built environment. International universities such as North Carolina State University, ETH Zürich-Singapore University of Technology and Design, Cincinnati, Buffalo, ENSA Strasbourg, Oklahoma, TU Delft, Syracuse, Victoria University New Zealand, and Monash University Australia showcased their research projects. Additionally, we were honored to host the Mies van der Rohe Foundation, presenting the YTAA Award. Professors, students, and researchers contributed to the exhibition with open lectures and conferences.

In addition to the participation of renowned architects and firms like Fentress Architects, Fumihiko Maki, Odile Decq, Ideal Spaces, Richard Meier, Jean-Paul Viguier, Nikken Sekkei, SOM, and Kengo Kuma, the exhibition featured a monumental project by Daniel Libeskind titled “Facing Gaia”.
