Time Space Existence is gearing up for its 7th edition
Highlighting the 2025 Collaborations and Media Partners at the ECC Architecture Biennial
Organised by the European Cultural Centre (ECC) in Venice, the seventh edition of the biennial architecture exhibition Time Space Existence will take place from 10 May to 23 November 2025, with press previews and opening events on 8 and 9 May. International exhibitors will transform the historic venues of Palazzo Bembo, Palazzo Mora, and Marinaressa Gardens, for an inspiring showcase of innovative projects aimed at shaping new ways of living and rethinking architecture through a broader perspective.
With a strong focus on today's global challenges, practitioners are encouraged to address the urgent need to Repair, Regenerate, and Reuse by developing solutions driven by environmental consciousness. To reduce the ecological footprint of the building and construction industry and foster a more harmonious relationship with our planet’s ecosystems, adopting a circular approach is essential. By drawing inspiration from indigenous architectural practices, which inherently embrace sustainability, resourcefulness, and respect for the natural environment; architects, designers, engineers, and planners are called to leverage their creativity and advocacy to drive meaningful change, promoting a more sustainable and regenerative built environment.

Revealing this year’s collaborations
Once again this year the group show will be completed by an inspired programme of talks, conferences and workshops that will highlight and deepen the main topics of the exhibition. With the goal of amplifying hidden voices often absent from international festivals and shows, ECC is thrilled to announce a series of exciting collaborations for 2025.

ArchDaily New Practices exhibition
Time Space Existence will feature the first-ever retrospective section on New Practices, curated by ArchDaily in collaboration with ECC. The annual global survey aims to highlight the work, ethos, and mission of innovative emerging architectural practices from around the world. Selected from past winners of ArchDaily’s programme, the exhibition will present six practitioners working at the intersection of architecture’s essence and its evolving boundaries, showcasing the diversity that is reshaping the field.
During the opening days of Time Space Existence, a special conversation co-hosted by ArchDaily and ECC will celebrate and highlight the selected participants. More details will be shared closer to the date of the event.
