Time Space Existence
7th Edition

The seventh edition of the biennial architecture exhibition Time Space Existence 2025 unfolded across ECC Italy’s iconic venues—Palazzo Bembo, Palazzo Mora, and the Marinaressa Gardens—bringing together 207 participants from more than 52 countries and reaffirming Venice as a global platform for architectural dialogue, experimentation, and innovation. The 2025 edition invited architects, designers, artists, academics, and researchers from around the world to engage with the themes of Repair, Regenerate, and Reuse. Through a rich and diverse range of projects spanning disciplines, scales, and cultural contexts, the exhibition explored some of the most urgent environmental, social, and cultural challenges facing contemporary society. United by the belief that architecture carries both the responsibility and the capacity to shape a better future, participants highlighted the essential role of architects and designers as agents of positive change. The works on view proposed new perspectives on sustainability, resilience, and inclusivity, offering innovative approaches to the ways we inhabit and transform our built environments.

Among the more than 200 international exhibitors were distinguished practitioners and institutions such as Alejandro Aravena and his Chilean practice Elemental in collaboration with Holcim, the Japanese studio Vuild, the Lima-based non-profit Semillas, Henriquez Partners Architects, Virginia Tech Honors College and Cloud 9, Delft University of Technology, as well as Metadecor in collaboration with MVRDV and Arup. With a wide range of voices addressing critical global issues, Time Space Existence 2025 became a living laboratory of ideas, an open platform where projects, research, and experimentation converged to question, challenge, and reimagine the role of architecture in shaping the future.
